Services include:
Hourly consultation
For the client wanting to plan their own event, or the client who needs some assistance with ideas, vendors, or just some expert advice, hourly consultation may be the service for you. This service grants clients access to Andrea, and all of her resources for an hourly fee of $35.00.
Day Of Event Coordination
This service was designed for the client who needs help tying loose ends. Services start 4-6 weeks prior to the event. APA will contact each vendor selected for the event, and develop a time line including: set up & tear down of rentals, we will distribute payments or tips to vendors on the day of the event, we will assist with rehearsal for weddings, and instruct attendants for wedding. We will provide clients with assistance from our original meeting, until the last guest leaves the event. Price will be quoted based on number of attendants, number of guests needing accommodation, and number of vendors involved.
Full Service Coordination
This service was designed for the client who needs help with everything! APA will meet with you, sort thru your ideas, help you design a concept, and execute your vision! We will ensure your questions are answered, and that your expectations are meet, hopefully exceeded. APA will assist with budgeting your event, ceremony site selection, reception site selection, DJ, band, entertainment selection, vendor selection for private parties, photographer selection, videographer selection, florist, officiant, caterers, invitations, programs, save the dates, rentals, transportation, bridal party & bridal attire selection, hotel accommodations, favors, stylist & much, much more.
