As a perfectionist, I interviewed many of the top wedding planners in New Orleans to see who could handle my wedding. I was looking for a planner who would provide 100% attention to my wedding, as I was planning from out of town. Andrea and I were a perfect fit. She was able to take my vision and provide vendors who could make the vision a reality. She set up all my appointments, and attended meetings with me. She guided me into making the most economical decisions for what I wanted. She brought modern and up to date ideas to the table and always made sure I had the final decision. We cannot say enough about our coordinator Andrea! To say she was worth every penny of her fee is an understatement because in all honesty, she truly went above and beyond every step of the way! We interviewed several coordinators within New Orleans and in the end, the clear choice for us was definitely ANOTHER PERFECT AFFAIR! Andrea was not only professional, she was very knowledgeable, personable, sweet, and we liked her instantly. Also, we found her reputation to be stellar - almost all of the venues we were interested in were familiar with Andrea and they all professed she was the best! She personally drove us to finalize the details with our chosen vendors (florist, baker, photographer) as well as our venues for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and somehow she even found time to bring us to the courthouse to obtain our marriage license! Our wedding day was better that we could have ever imagined, and we know that this is due in large part because we had Andrea by our side throughout the process. Andrea Patton was an outstanding wedding coordinator. From the first day, to my big day, she did a phenomenal job. I was planning a wedding long distance and she was always available to check out various locations and ventures on my behalf. She constantly asked what my vision was for the wedding, and she helped my vision come to life on that day. Not only was she available to me as the bride, she was also available for my groom and our families. With the utmost finesse and tact, she was able to manage the different families that were coming together to plan the wedding. She made everyone feel included in the planning process, while still keeping the vision my fiance and I had at the forefront. Although Andrea was great at supporting our ideas, she was also honest about what would and would not work. We really trusted her ideas and input, so much that I believed she could take my vision and pick out big items like flowers and linens on her own. Seeing the final product of her choices was breath-taking, not only for me, but for my guests. Months after the wedding, people are still talking about the amazing floral arrangements. On the wedding day, there were a lot of pieces that had to come together at different locations, and Andrea and Another Perfect Affair were integral to the magnificent way everything flowed. Working with Andrea was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I live on the east coast, with very little family in the New Orleans area. We needed a planner that could work with us closely, and someone we trusted to ensure our ideas would become reality. We Critically interviewed several wedding planners, and in the end chose Andrea because she was the most creative, mature, mild-mannered, task-oriented of them all, and such a pleasure to speak with! We had a feeling she was "the one" just after meeting her, but felt the need to go through the motions of formally interviewing a slew of planners. She can stretch a budget like you would not believe. Honestly, she was willing to do things no other wedding planner would, because wedding day success is her ultimate goal. Andrea did an amazing job for our destination wedding. We had to plan our New Orleans wedding from Cleveland, Ohio and California. She helped us with the planning from start to finish. When we came down the week of the wedding, we did not have to worry about anything, she took care of it all. On the wedding day, she handled all the vendors, and made sure everything happened when it was supposed to. Even made sure we had food and cake packed up for us to eat when we got back to our hotel. You worked really well with my mother-in-law, always a plus, and at the actual event, anytime I needed you, I could find you. Even down to the detail of mending my sister's dress! In general when people say that it is really just a catch-phrase, but with you it seems to be the mission statement of your business. You were always easy to reach, and always sweet. Yes, I would definitely say it was fabulous due to you taking over all the details. The best idea for the wedding was hiring you to keep me calm for the wedding weekend.
